We take pride in our craft. We think in systems, aim to balance new development with responsible maintenance, and understand the trade-offs behind architectural decisions. We work on learning when “fast” is the right call, and why a particular solution will hold up as the product grows, scales, and evolves.

We see AI as a natural part of modern engineering. We use it to accelerate exploration, coding, refactoring, and testing, but keep engineering judgment at the center. We evaluate, challenge, and refine AI-generated output so it strengthens the product rather than introducing hidden complexity or technical debt. 

We’re looking for people who:

• Work comfortably across the full stack, with solid fundamentals and depth in selected areas

• Are technically curious and understands modern infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, distributed system patterns, and complex third-party integrations.

• Can build different kinds of applications - web, mobile, hybrid, backend services

• Enjoy taking something from concept to implementation and production, and running a product in a data-driven business

• Have experience in applying AI in products or building AI-powered features 

You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be confident in learning what you need.

Our technical environment
Your mindset matters more than the tools you’ve used, but here’s a glimpse of what we run:

• Backend: A cohesive set of Ruby on Rails services on AWS, backed by PostgreSQL, Redis for caching, and RabbitMQ for asynchronous workloads.

• Infrastructure: IaC-first setup with Terraform (AWS) and Ansible, containerized workloads using Docker, CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions, and a fully instrumented runtime using AWS CloudWatch and Grafana for monitoring, logs, metrics, and alerting.

• Frontend & Mobile: React/Next.js for web, and a hybrid native/web mobile architecture using webviews with bridges to native functionality.

• Developer Experience:A lightweight, high-trust engineering culture supported by tooling, fast builds, and a focus on making developers effective. As a small team, we rely on everyone to refine our tools and practices.
