Just who are we? Our Dreams team consists of around 50 talented magic-makers from 14 different countries, all coming together to help dreams come true. We make it happen from our offices in Stockholm and Oslo.
We are now looking for a Community Coordinator to help strengthen our Dreams community in Norway.
What we need
We’re on the hunt for a full-time Community Coordinator for our Norwegian market, someone to ensure our customers are the happiest in the finance industry. You are that ideal mix of team player and self-starter. Working from our Oslo office with our team in Stockholm, you will be required to take your own initiative and assume a great deal of responsibility for your work. As the voice and spirit of our brand in all customer communication, you are a social individual, motivated to drive engagement. Perhaps you have a background in the service industry, preferably in customer service. And you are a great writer passionate about your work – and at Dreams that means new technology and the exciting world of finance.
- Take responsibility for our customer support in Norway, working closely with our Norwegian bank partner Storebrand
- Develop our Norwegian community through various social media channels, as well as our Nordic Dreamers Facebook group
- Boost brand awareness by interacting with existing and potential customers – initiating, planning, and hosting social events
- Create copy for ads, blog posts, social media, etc.
- Collaborate with a world-class cross-functional team of developers, marketers, scientists, designers, and creatives
- Work from our Oslo office, coordinating with our Stockholm-based team. This is a unique opportunity to influence our growing Norwegian team
- A true problem-solver, you love inspiring customers to save for their dreams
- An excellent external communicator, you offer support wherever customers demand
- An excellent internal communicator, you work with the Dreams engineering team to unlock optimal customer solutions
- Self-motivated and ambitious, inspired to take our community to the next level
- Attentive to detail, with a strong capacity to monitor, track, and report on feedback
- Love testing different ideas, collecting insights and dreaming up new solutions
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken, with an excellent understanding of Swedish and English
- A go-getter! We’re in a period of growth and things are moving quickly
You will report to our Community Manager, working alongside the overall Dreams community team.
